1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Freeflow Resonance LLC, 3833 Powerline Rd, Suite 201, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33309, USA, email: info@mytravelingpiano.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Concert and event tickets: Contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (Art. 16(l) Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). This applies to all tickets for online concerts and live events by My Traveling Piano, as these take place on a fixed date.
Digital content: Contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. music downloads, recordings), where you have given your express prior consent to begin the performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

4. Voluntary 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made through Digistore24. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund the full purchase price — no questions asked. Please note: for concert tickets, refunds can only be processed before the concert date. Once the concert has taken place, no refund is possible.
